We believe the future belongs to everyone.

AI InnoVision Foundation exists to make sure that the communities doing the hardest work have access to the tools, training, and support they need to build something that lasts. The mission we are building is much larger than one storm.

Our Mission

Building pathways to opportunity for communities ready to grow.

AI InnoVision Foundation was established to do what the market often fails to do on its own: make sure that communities in transition have real access to the tools, training, and networks that create lasting economic opportunity. We deliver AI-powered workforce development training, wealth-building education, and humanitarian relief to the people and communities that need it most.

We work with nonprofits, corporations, and government partners to deliver this work at scale. Because no community should have to rebuild alone, and no person ready to grow should be held back by a lack of access.

We are not here to hand people a lifeline. We are here to help them build one.
What We Do
  • 01

    AI Workforce Development

We deliver AI-powered workforce training to help people re-enter the workforce, launch businesses, and compete in the economy being built around them. Not just for entrepreneurs. For anyone ready to build a new future.

  • 02

    Wealth Building

We teach communities in transition how to build lasting economic stability: through business development, financial literacy, AI tools, and access to the networks that create generational opportunity. Because growth should lead somewhere better than before.

  • 03

    Educational Advancement

Scholarships, digital literacy programs, and technology training that build long-term capacity in communities that have historically been overlooked by the systems designed to help them.

  • 04

    Humanitarian Relief

When disaster strikes, we show up. Emergency relief, food, water, and shelter delivered to communities in immediate need. Born from our response to Hurricane Melissa in 2025, this is the commitment that started everything.

Our Story

A hurricane in Jamaica started everything.

In 2025, Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica. For the AI InnoVision team, this was not a distant news story. It was home.

Alicia and Lorette Lyttle's father was Jamaican. They spent their summers on the island as children. Lorette has a home there today, along with a tour company and a farm. Eighty percent of the AI InnoVision team lives in Jamaica. When the hurricane hit, the decision was immediate: shut everything down. No calls. No business. Just one focus: making sure their people had what they needed to keep going, to find their families, and to start rebuilding.

That day revealed something. The impulse to show up was already there. What was missing was the infrastructure to do it at scale, and to stay beyond the crisis. So they built it. AI InnoVision Foundation was incorporated in October 2025, and the work began.

The foundation's primary mission is AI-powered workforce development: giving communities in transition the skills, tools, and knowledge to participate in and lead the economy being built around them. The Jamaica response reminded us that this work is urgent, it is personal, and it cannot wait.

We did not just show up for the crisis. We stayed for the recovery. And we are building the infrastructure to keep showing up, wherever we are needed.

About the Foundation

Founded by builders.
Governed by visionaries.

AI InnoVision Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Florida (Document No. N25000014186), established on October 31, 2025. The foundation is led by a team that understands both the mechanics of business and the heartbeat of community service.

Our leadership team brings together disciplines that rarely sit at the same table: AI strategy, IT operations, and global business transformation. Together, they share a belief that AI should work for everyone.

Alicia Lyttle, President and Chief Executive Officer

Alicia Lyttle

President and Chief Executive Officer

Alicia has spent more than 26 years asking one question: who gets left out? Her father was Jamaican, and her summers on the island as a child shaped a lifelong commitment to communities the system overlooks. From her early career at The White House and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to building a global training empire across 6 continents, she has consistently moved toward people who need access the most. A Tulane-educated entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and AI strategist, she co-founded this foundation because she knows firsthand that the right tools and knowledge change everything. Her mission is to make sure every community in transition has what it needs to rebuild, grow, and thrive.

Lorette Lyttle, Secretary and Chief Operating Officer

Lorette Lyttle

Secretary and Chief Operating Officer

Lorette's commitment to Jamaica is not professional; it is personal. Her father was Jamaican, she spent her summers there as a child, and she has a home, a tour company, and a farm on the island today. When Hurricane Melissa struck in 2025, it was not a distant crisis. It was her community. As co-founder of Internet Income Jamaica, she had already delivered free digital and AI workforce training to 7,750 or more learners across the Caribbean, Africa, the UK, and beyond, securing over $500,000 to make it possible. A University of Illinois-trained, GE-certified Six Sigma practitioner with 26 or more years in IT operations, Lorette is the operational backbone of this foundation.

Denise Smith, Treasurer and Chief Innovation Officer

Denise Smith

Treasurer and Chief Innovation Officer

Denise has always believed the most important work happens close to home. As Advisory Board member of Every Girl Shines, Board Secretary of Most Valuable Kids Atlanta, a former United Way of Greater Atlanta Women United member, and a Camp CEO volunteer with Girl Scouts, she has spent years investing in the next generation. A Spelman College and Georgia Tech MBA graduate, she met Edilsa in their MBA program class, and the two have continued to champion community work together. A 2025 Google Data Center Community AI Fellow, Manus.im Fellow, former EY executive, and fractional CEO, COO, and CTO across 152 countries, she brings that same commitment to this foundation.

Edilsa LeGrier, Chief Community Officer

Edilsa LeGrier

Chief Community Officer

Edilsa grew up watching her mother calculate without a degree and her father build without a diploma, and she never forgot what it meant to have ability without access. A first-generation immigrant from Panama, she has spent 25 or more years closing that gap for others: mentoring girls in STEM through Black Girls Code and Girls Inc., tutoring elementary school children to build literacy in communities that need it most, and volunteering at Atlanta food distribution centers. A University of Maryland Computer Science and Georgia Tech MBA graduate with leadership experience at Cisco, Ernst and Young, and Palo Alto Networks, she brings her CARE framework to this foundation: Collaborative, Accountable, Reliable, and Accelerating.

Together, they established the foundation to ensure that capital, tools, and community reach those who have the work ethic but perhaps not yet the runway to build what comes next.
